6 Superpowers of the Soulpreneur

10-minute practices for a successful life

What is a Soulpreneur?

A Soulpreneur is a Soul-led, Spiritual Entrepreneur. They are the pioneers of future business. Whether alone or with a group of collaborators, the Soulpreneur is driven by a Vision. This Vision is the soul of their business. Many modern entrepreneurs are driven by financial freedom.

While that may be a vision. It’s not the true motivations of the Soulpreneur. Money is a means to expand their services to more people, not an end. Some people believe Spiritual services should be free. I thought so once too.

This led my first business to crash and burn. I was unable to continue providing services to people because I was giving to much of my time away for free or discounted prices and I had to get a job to curb the costs of life. In the end, my business didn’t survive.

Do yourself a favor and charge. The people saying Spiritual Offers should be “free” are NOT starting a business and settle for jobs. Practicing Spirituality as a hobby.

You can give discounts and even free services but only after you’re well established. AFTER you have the abundance to do so. Not before. Let’s go over the 6 Superpowers a Soulpreneur must have in order to find success in our modern age. (Also applies to any human being having an Earth experience).

Times Have Changed…

Our modern age moves fast. The rise of technology has seen an atrophy to the body and mind. Too many people sit hunched at a desk - allowing their postures to stoop lower and lower to the machine. Too many people trade information for real wisdom (not to mention the effects of EMFs on cognitive function).

We did not evolve to fit this lifestyle. We are so far removed from the nature evolution created us for. Don't get me wrong - I'm not against innovation and technological advancement. I only suggest there is a counterbalance missing from our era.

The world (as our ancestors knew it) has changed.

Human beings used to focus on the world in their immediate environment.

- Fetch water for the Tribe

- Make offerings for the Hunt

- Give praise for a good Harvest

Dopamine rewards pattern recognition, creating subconscious rhythms in the brain. When we evolved these reward systems times were simpler - community was the priority.

It was also unconscious. The pain of one was the pain of the whole. Humans need connection to others for their survival (and the world around them). When this isn't fulfilled, people desire to be admired:

- Wanted Physically

- Cared for Emotionally

- Seen Intellectually

Ancient peoples took this for granted.

Companies have learned the psychology and physiology of these reward systems. Corporations spent over 1 trillion dollars learning to hook your attention in 2024.

EXPLOITATION.

Many of you get on your phones to do something but find yourself scrolling through social media. Forgetting why you opened your phone in the first place. This is by design.

Bad Habits are a form of Dark Magick. Habits - our rituals in everyday life.

Create your own routines and rituals or they will be created for you:

1. Digital Indulgence

● Mindless Scrolling - spending hours on social media for instant gratification.

● Video Game Binges - losing time in highly rewarding games with little real-world benefit.

● Compulsive Streaming - watching entire seasons in one sitting to escape reality.

2. Constant Consumption

● Overeating - bingeing on junk food, especially sugary or fatty snacks.

● Caffeine Overload - drinking excessive coffee or energy drinks for quick boosts.

● Alcohol or Drugs - relying on substances to trigger artificial dopamine surges.

3. Money Where Your Mouth Is

● Shopping Sprees - buying unnecessary items for the thrill of purchasing.

● Gambling - betting money for the rush of potential reward.

● Impulse Purchases - making snap decisions without considering long-term effects.

4. High Risk Livin’

● Reckless Driving - speeding or engaging in dangerous activities for adrenaline.

● Unhealthy Relationships - seeking drama or toxic connections for emotional highs.

● Stimulating Pornography - we all know where that leads. (chronic masturbation, objectification, disillusionment).

Your habits have been co-opted by society to give companies steady streams of income:

- through programming

- through expectations

- through social norms

The brain is hardwired for habits as ritual. The brain automates by repetition. Creating new neural pathways making the task subconscious by rewarding dopamine.

If your habits are not fulfilling, you're left to crave meaning.

Adopting bad habits to help you feel alive. Bad Habits are Dark Magick because these habits are your ritual. The magick is manipulating your body’s chemistry.

TO FEEL SOMETHING… and you're exploited.

This doesn't have to be your life. There is a light at the end of this tunnel. You can make your dopamine reward centers work for you.

First there are some skills to build. The essential Powers of the Mind you have to learn for resilience. They'll bring you meaning.

Address unconscious beliefs around Money:

The Root of Gratuity is Gratitude

The Mind

"Your Mind is everything. What you think you become."

- The Buddha

First let's define what I mean by "the Mind." Many spiritual people give the Mind a bad rep (with good reason). The Mind is the root of their suffering.

The Mind (when I talk about it) is the Electromagnetic Field of the Body - Neurological and Circulatory. Neurological - electrical impulses and thought. Circulatory - magnetic quality and feeling.

Through the cultivation of the powers of the Mind you'll find better health in your body. Making your goals easier. When your body isn't healthy the quality of your thoughts and feelings reflects that. When your mind is unhealthy the choices you make effect the body in unhealthy ways.

This News Caster we will be going over the six fundamental skills you will need:

  1. The Will

  2. Memory

  3. Reason

  4. Intuition

  5. Perception

  6. Imagination

Do You Remember Your Dreams?

The Will

"Your Will shall decide your Destiny."

- Charlotte Bronte

I was in a toxic relationship (on and off) for 5 years. If you've never been in one, consider yourself blessed. That period of time was confusing. When I was alone I wanted to be done but when I was interacting with her I was convinced to be with her.

The break ups were a living hell. They would go on for weeks. She would break me down until I couldn't recognize myself when I looked in the mirror. Only for her to make her way back into my life at any cost.

- Showing up at my house

- Making friends with my mom

- Texting me about being changed

This period of time decimated my Will. I couldn't focus - exhausted to the bone. I had to learn where my boundaries were and the art of saying NO.

This is the easiest way to train your Will - by exercising the word NO. I know what you are thinking. The word "no" can be a difficult word to say.

Most people are raised to be obedient, not knowing how to say NO. With zero explanations given by our guardians. Except the phrase "because I said so," has left you unable to set a boundary. Causing your Will to atrophy.

Many people have to learn to set boundaries the hard way. Don't wait that long. Your Will is essential for your success. Saying NO takes less than a moment.

Say it if you are unsure about something or feeling confused. Try it on the small things like if you are debating eating a piece of candy in the break room. Say No if you are unsure. Reflect on it for 10 minutes when the influence of the situation is far away. If you change your mind, come back to it with a firm "Yes."

Take the time to write down what you do or don't want. Find where your boundaries are. It will be easier to strengthen your Will, set boundaries and say NO when you understand what you stand for.

Intuition

"There is a voice that doesn’t use words. Listen."

- Rumi

Intuition is the supporting node of your Will. Intuition is what guides you from beyond. It's the internal gauge of trust that leads your Will into the unknown where anything is possible.

Intuition is the subtle support system to everything you do. You'll find yourself working against the flow of the Universe without it. If you are reading this Caster, I know that isn't your intention.

I applied for a job at a location close to my house so I could ride my bike to work. I met the manager at a different location for my interview. She suggested that my "vibe" would fit better at this location. I felt a subtle shift in the air.

I knew something very important was about to happen. I agreed to her suggestion (instead of fighting against the flow). That is where I met my wife. She's the love of my life. We have a dear child who will turn 2 in May.

You may find this skill difficult to navigate. On one hand you shouldn't always go with other's suggestions, they may lead you down the wrong path. On the other hand, going with the flow will lead you to a better circumstance. Beyond what you thought was possible.

So how can you tell the difference?

This exercise is critical in differentiating the two. It's a practice my old Mentor taught me in my training as a medium.

Get various objects (living objects like fruits, flowers or stones) and sit with them at eye level. Gaze into your object and notice the feeling it brings up within you. Use brief descriptive words but don't let your thoughts about the object get away from you. Stay with the feeling and let the words emerge naturally.

It'll take some time before you start noticing any feeling. Don't give up. Less than 10 minutes a day will work in training this mind power. Not too far in the future you will be able to sense the feeling of situations as they are presented to you.

This'll change everything.

You'll be able to tell the difference between an intuitive thought and an anxious one. The quality of the feeling is key here. This will help with anxiety and solidarity.

Memory & Reason

“The most formidable weapon against errors of every kind is Reason.”

- Thomas Paine

Each of these abilities will get a whole Caster for themselves. Here we will combine the practices. Memory and Reason are very underutilized. We (as people) go off feeling. That isn't a bad thing but when it's unbalanced it can cause rifts in connection.

You need Memory to learn faster. If you repeat a life lesson over and over again because you forgot you've learned it - you will waste time. If you can't Reason out the lesson from your situations - you will waste more time.

I was backpacking through Europe for 4 months. I found myself near the end of my trip on the El Camino de Santiago (a trail through Spain). I was reflecting on my life and my triggers. The entire journey I felt distant from other people. Unable to connect or care to connect. In my silence and constant walking, I reflected.

I remembered all the parts of my life that influenced me. All the way back to my birth. The tone of the world I came into and how that shaped who I was in the here and now. I distrusted people at a core level. My own fear of disappointment caused me to hide.

When I saw this in me, I was no longer ruled by it from the shadows. I could choose a different road to walk. One that connected me with my peers.

You don't have to let it build to this point.

Here's how you can help yourself...

Every night (before I get in bed) I think about my day. If a situation stands out (uncomfortable, confusing, or something remarkable) I write it down. I write why and reason out the symbolism of the situation.

(Ex.) I was at a playground and some child wanted the spot my son had. My son is 1 and a half. I intervened and told the child (who was about 4) to wait his turn, politely. The Mother heard, grabbing her child and glared at me. I felt confused. But went about my day.

In this practice I was able to reason out why the situation confused me. I took the glare personally (in my unconscious). In reality she took ME redirecting HER child personally. The feeling was not mine at all. Knowing this I was able to let it go.

You can grow from your everyday life. You no longer have to wait for those BIG moments. Every small moment, every day, can be a moment of truth.

Perception & Imagination

"Imagination is a concentrated extract of all the forces of Life."

- Carl Jung

Perception is becoming aware through your senses.

Imagination creates a vision for a certain purpose.

Carl Jung talks about the importance of Active Visualization. He said it was the cornerstone to his life's work. To be able to put yourself into a dream in your conscious mind. To walk through the setting to understand the unconscious content and the messages within.

To be able to perceive your surroundings gives you an edge. The ability to imagine different possibilities will save you from mediocrity. They are a couple (like Memory & Reason).

You need to get connected with the unconscious. Why? Because this connects you to everything else. For example: your unconscious regulates your body's functions. Something you can learn to control (once thought to be completely involuntary).

Studies show proficient meditators control:

- Heart Rate

- Metabolism

- Temperature

- Pain Tolerance

First you must build a relationship with your unconscious mind.

Here is an Active Visualization practice that strengthens your Perception, Imagination & your Body.

1. Concentrate by getting your body comfortable.

2. Imagine your body, perceive every detail and notice your feelings toward your body.

3. Engage with those feelings by allowing or creating a personification of the feeling.

4. Do not overthink this step, let the image naturally arise.

5. Observe the form of that feeling and how it interacts with your body.

6. Note the nature of their relationship — this is your hidden key to health.

7. If the interaction is negative, mediate between the feeling form and your body.

8. What would you say to repair the relationship?

This part it is important for you to come up with on your own. I cannot tell you what to say. You know exactly what to say. Don't overthink. Let it come from your heart.

9. When you feel a sense of completion - wiggle your toes and fingers. Open your eyes and bring yourself back to the room.

"There are things known and there are things unknown, and in between are the Doors of Perception."

- Aldous Huxley

On Imagination:

Imagine If...

Practice Makes Progress

These simple rituals will begin to add up. You will find your resilience and sharpness grow. Do NOT sleep on these. For those that sleep are dead before dying.

Take the time to care for your mind. It will care for your back. Believe me. I am living proof that suffering doesn't last forever.

When practiced consistently - you'll find:

- A glow around your body

- Better communication skills

- Quick & clear decision-making

- A magnetism that invites people

And best of all... Not feeling lost and confused 24/7.

Give these some thought and practice and let me know the results in a reply to this email! I know what these rituals have done for me over the years, and I want to hear what they've done for you.

Let's connect.
